This place is amazing! Even though I do not speak a lick of Spanish, I am treated as if I'm family with kindness, speed, and great prices. I came here first because I had a flat tire and ended up buying a new one....but we're talking about the speed of this shop... it is unmatchable anywhere here in town or anywhere that I've been in my life and the job is done with perfection. I've come here quite a few times with different vehicles since the first time and I will continue to come here and also refer people who need any service done that they offer to this shop!
A big thank you to Cuevas Tire staff for fixing my flat tire. While heading up to Monterrey from Orange County via the 101, I ran over something and it punctured my tire. I was able to pull off the road, google closest tire repair and called Cuevas Tire. At 4:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon, the young woman who answered the phone, kindly said "bring it in, we will fix it." Within, one hour of this happening I was back on the road to my destination. Thank you for the quick and excellent repair.
